OurFirstSpark Normal Shipping & Deliver
We require 7-10 days production time to process your order before shipping.
Standard Shipping:
Estimated time is 10-25 business days.*
Customs and Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
OurFirstSpark supports free standard shipping (estimated 10-25 business days*) on all US orders over $49. Please note that is will take around 1-3 days for us to process your order for shipping.
*These are all estimated delivery times. Actual delivery time will vary depending on various circumstances. We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them due to unexpected delays caused by shipping carriers.
Shipping to a P.O. Box:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to a P.O. Box at this time. Please provide a street address for your shipment.
Shipping to a APO/FPO Box:
Unfortunately, we cannot ship items to an APO/FPO address at this time.Please provide a street address for your shipment.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return or exchange the item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date in its original condition. Items must be returned in new, unopened and unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. You need to complete the return section on your order's packaging slip and send it to us with your new, unopened, and unused item.Non-Returnable Items:
Items that are opened, in a used condition, or beyond 30 days of delivery may not be returned. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Refund Policy:
After your item(s) is received in our warehouse, it will be inspected. If the item is returned in new, unopened, and unused condition with the return section of the packaging slip, you will be issued a refund at the original purchase price, plus sales tax if applicable in the original payment method, minus shipping charges within four weeks of shipping your package to us.
If the return is a result of our error, please indicate that on the return packaging slip and we will issue a refund at the original purchase price plus sales tax if applicable plus shipping charges in the original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as it may take some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have already taken the above mentioned steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@ourfirstspark.com
Exchange:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.
